Waiheke Couriers have been serving the islands’ businesses and community for over 30 years, and we are darn proud of that!

The company grew from not only the need for business to business stock supplies, and business to person parcel deliveries, but also to bridge the gap, or moat, that surrounds our unique island home. Waiheke Couriers started up around the time of the first local vineyards and not long after the arrival of the fast ferry service. In fact, a look at our early ledger has an early client listed as the Croll Ridge Cafe, who are still with us and now go by the more familiar name of the Mudbrick Vineyard. We are proud of our long local history, and the great partnership we have with so many local businesses and personalities.

History

The business was bought off the original owners by long term operators Dave & Jo Ashley in 1995. Dene & Julie Priestley partnered up 50/50 with old friends Dave & Jo in 2012, and in April 2015 jumped into the hot seat to steer the ship. In 2019 Ken & Verina were introduced into the madness and shortly after purchased the business with the aim of taking things to the next level.  We are committed long-term to supplying the best serivce possible to our many clients on both sides of the island.
